Shipping & Returns


Once your order has been boxed and shipped, you will receive emailed confirmation. Typically for shipments to the UK and Europe we recommend you allow approximately 3-5 working days. For delivery outside Europe 7 to 21 working days. Please also allow 2 working days for administration and packing of your order. However we do endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible.

The cost of the shipment will be included within your invoice and is determined by the size and weight of your order.

Shipping is from the UK.

Returns Policy

Giglio Ltd T/A will offer you a full refund for unused items returned within 14 working days of delivery. We accept returns if they are unused, in a resalable condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Refunds will be made by the original payment method minus the costs of delivery - if charged or other than standard delivery options. Goods are returned to Giglio Ltd T/A at your own expense. We recommend recorded post and retaining Proof of Postage as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Each individual purchase will be quality checked by Giglio Ltd T/A In the unlikely event that the ordered item(s) is (are) faulty, damaged or incorrect, the customer shall report the issue to Giglio Ltd T/A within 7 days of delivery. Upon, if returned we will refund, repair or replace such item(s). 

If you wish to return any faulty product then please contact us first and then return the items, we suggest, by an insured postal method.

In the event of any damages or shortages please report this to Giglio Ltd T/A within 7 days of delivery.


Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. 

Ownership and Risk

Please note that the risk in the goods passes from the company to the customer upon delivery of the goods.

Discounts and Offers

All offers are subject to change without notification and are subject to the above conditions. Half Price and Free shipping offers are subject to a minimum order as stated in the advert or a minimum purchase value. Offers only apply to the regions specified. Free shipping offer does not include returns or exchanges. Any clients requesting an exchange of goods will be supplied with a delivery quote and payment link. Giglio Ltd T/A has the right to change or remove any offers without notification at any time. 

Back Orders

As our stock is continually changing your item may need to be placed on back order which will delay delivery by approximately 2 weeks. If your item is not in stock we will contact you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Import Taxes and charges

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the import regulations of the country the order is to be shipped are adhered to. The buyer is responsible for paying any charges and taxes due on the imported goods.
